Kissed by a Hammer ships merchandise worldwide by Canada Post unless other arrangements have been requested. Items are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has been processed. Custom orders will take longer depending on the individual piece, to be determined at the time of purchase.

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.  

If an item arrives damaged, you may return it within 30 days for repair or replacement.  

All photos were taken in an effort to best represent the actual product. Colours may vary slightly from what is viewed on your monitor. No enhancement or retouching has been applied to the product photos. Due to the nature of our work, most pieces can be recreated to suit your personal desires. However; jewelry that is labeled "custom made & sold as one of a kind" will not be reproduced.
